Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan keanekaragaman jenis tertinggi di dunia karena terletak di daerah khatulistiwa yang mempunyai tipe hutan hujan tropis Kekayaan keanekaragaman jenis dan sumber buah-buahan lokal Indonesia yang melimpah sampai sekarang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya buah-buahan impor yang beredar di berbagai kota di Indonesia. Dengan adanya rancangan buku resep minuman bisa menjadi cara untuk memperkenalkan lebih banyak kekayaan buah-buahan yang ada di negara Indonesia. Tujuan adanya buku resep dapat menuntun proses pembuatan dan penyajian agar menghasilkan suatu hidangan, juga sebagai sumber inspirasi bagi pengusaha kuliner. Proses pembuatan rancangan buku resep ini pertama memikirkan konsep ide, mencari buku referensi resep, melakukan pengumpulan data, kemudian menetapkan isi rancangan buku resep, menentukan lay - out rancangan buku resep, proses editing dan juga pencetakan buku. Rancangan buku resep :30 kreasi Minuman Buah-buahan Lokal Indonesia selesai dengan tepat waktu menghasilkan 56 halaman, terhitung dari halaman sampul depan sampai daftar pustaka. Kesimpulan yang dapat di ambil yaitu pembaca dapat mengerti dan merasa puas dari terciptanya buku resep ini karena penjelasannya jelas dan informatif. Kata Kunci: Rancangan buku resep, Resep, Buah Lokal,Minuman,Indonesia/Indonesia is a country with the highest species diversity in the world because it is located in the equatorial region which has a type of tropical rain forest. The rich diversity of species and abundant sources of local Indonesian fruit have not yet been utilized optimally, this can be seen from the large number of imported fruits that are available. circulating in various cities in Indonesia. With the design of a drink recipe book, it can be a way to introduce more of the richness of fruit that exists in Indonesia. The aim of the recipe book is to guide the process of making and serving to produce a dish, as well as being a source of inspiration for culinary entrepreneur. The process of making a recipe book design is first thinking about the concept of the idea, looking for recipe reference books, collecting data, then determining the contents of the recipe book design, determining the layout of the recipe book design, the editing process and also printing the book. Recipe book design: 30 The creation of Local Indonesian Fruit Drinks was completed on time, producing 56 pages, starting from the front cover to the bibliography. The conclusion that can be drawn is that readers can understand and feel satisfied with the creation of this recipe book because the explanations are clear and informative.
