Abstract

Rancangan buku resep ini berisi tentang “Kreasi Hidangan Pembuka Vegetarian Dengan Berbahan Dasar Jamur”. Perancangan buku resep ini bermula dari kurangnya informasi mengenai pemanfaatan jamur dalam makanan ringan. Buku resep ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memperkenalkan kepada masyarakat pengolahan hidangan pembuka yang berbahan dasar jamur dan memotivasi pembaca untuk mengembangkan resep makanan pembuka baru. Dalam rancangan buku resep ini berisi tentang lima belas resep hidangan pembuka berbahan dasar jamur yang diharapkan bisa memberi ide baru untuk masyarakat. Pengumpulan data untuk buku resep ini melibatkan penelitian menyeluruh dari berbagai sumber mengenai jenis jamur, metode memasak, dan inovasi penyajian. Menguji resep dan mengeksplorasi budaya yang menggunakan jamur dalam makanan ringan memberikan inspirasi untuk membuat resep unik. Penulis melakukan uji panelis untuk memastikan bahwa setiap resep memenuhi standar masyarakat yang mencari camilan sehat dan vegetarian. Penulis juga menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form untuk mengumpulkan data dari 52 responden yang berumur 20 tahun hingga lebih dari 40 tahun untuk memberikan penilaiannya terhadap desain buku resep secara keseluruhan. Buku resep ini memiliki desain bertema minimalis dengan teknik penulisan yang mudah dipahami dan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada pembaca tentang makanan pembuka berbahan dasar jamur. / The design of this recipe book contains "Creating Vegetarian Appetizers Using Mushrooms". The design of this recipe book began with a lack of information regarding the use of mushrooms in snacks. This recipe book aims to introduce the public to the processing of mushroom-based appetizers and motivate readers to develop new appetizer recipes. This recipe book contains fifteen recipes for mushroom-based appetizers which are expected to provide new ideas for the public. Data collection for this cookbook involved thorough research from various sources regarding mushroom types, cooking methods, and serving innovations. Testing recipes and exploring cultures that use mushrooms in snacks provides inspiration to create unique recipes. The author conducted a panel test to ensure that each recipe meets the standards of people looking for healthy and vegetarian snacks. The author also used quantitative research by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to collect data from 52 respondents aged 20 years old to more than 40 years old to provide their assessment of the overall design of the recipe book. This recipe book has a minimalist themed design with writing techniques that are easy to understand and can provide readers with insight into mushroom-based appetizers.
