Abstract

Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Haico Cafe di Jayapura disusun dengan tujuan untuk menentukan kelayakan pendirian bisnis yang direncanakan dan memenuhi persyaratan kelulusan dalam memperoleh gelar Sarjana Terapan Pariwisata. Haico Cafe adalah café yang menyediakan berbagai variasi sarapan dan makanan khas Indonesia sederhana dimana dari variasi menu yang ada, pelanggan dapat memilih menu sarapan sesuai preferensinya. Haico Cafe didirikan di Kelurahan Hamadi, Kecamatan Jayapura Selatan, Kota Jayapura, Papua dikarenakan peluang yang tersedia dari berbagai aspek. Sumber data yang digunakan pada studi kelayakan bisnis ini dari data primer yang berupa hasil observasi dan kuesioner berupa Google Forms dan data sekunder. Dalam menentukan kelayakan bisnis Haico Cafe, telah dianalisis berdasarkan aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek operasional, aspek organisasi dan sumber daya manusia, dan aspek keuangan. Pada aspek keuangan, telah diperoleh hasil dimana nilai IRR lebih besar daripada WACC, nilai NPV positif, dan nilai Profitability Index melebihi satu. Sehingga berdasarkan analisis keempat aspek tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bisnis Haico Cafe layak untuk didirikan.
