Abstract
Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian terhadap masyarakat dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang bermanfaat. Kegiatan PkM kali ini ditujukan kepada SML UMKM Centre yang merupakan fasilitas pengembangan usaha yang dibangun oleh Sinar Mas Land. SML UMKM Centre menyediakan berbagai fasilitas untuk mendukung perkembangan bisnis UMKM melalui pelatihan, klinik UMKM, galeri UMKM, situs pemasaran digital, promosi dan pemasaran. Dalam kegiatan PkM ini, tim pelaksana akan menyelenggarakan pelatihan pembuatan makanan Yōshoku yaitu kuliner Jepang yang menggabungkan cita rasa Jepang dan Barat. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai menu makanan Yōshoku sebagai ide untuk memulai bisnis makanan UMKM bagi komunitas SML UMKM Centre, yaitu Alfredo Gyoza dan Nanban Chicken Rice Bowl. Tim pelaksana akan memberikan presentasi rinci mengenai makanan yang akan dibuat, termasuk penjelasan mendalam tentang resep-resep yang akan digunakan serta tahapan pembuatannya. Dengan diselenggarakannya pelatihan ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi para peserta untuk berkreasi dalam menciptakan hidangan Yōshoku sebagai peluang baru dalam usaha kuliner. Kata Kunci: Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, UMKM, Yōshoku, Alfredo Gyoza, Nanban Chicken Rice Bowl / Community Service (PkM) is carried out with the aim of raising awareness and providing beneficial knowledge and skills to the community. This PkM activity is directed towards the SML UMKM Centre, a business development facility established by Sinar Mas Land. SML UMKM Centre provides various facilities to support the development of SMEs through training, SME clinics, SME galleries, digital marketing sites, promotions, and marketing. In this PkM activity, the executing team will conduct training on making Yōshoku cuisine, a fusion of Japanese and Western flavors. The training aims to provide knowledge about Yōshoku food menus as ideas for starting SME food businesses for the SML UMKM Centre community, namely Alfredo Gyoza and Nanban Chicken Rice Bowl. The executing team will deliver detailed presentations on the foods to be made, including in-depth explanations of the recipes to be used and the stages of preparation. By organizing this training, it is expected to provide an opportunity for participants to be creative in creating Yōshoku dishes as a new opportunity in the culinary business.
