Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu industri yang berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian negara. Salah satu bagiannya yaitu industri penyedia jasa makanan dan minuman yang terus berkembang dengan adanya perubahan gaya hidup. Pengusaha dalam bidang ini tidak hanya menyediakan kebutuhan konsumsi pelanggan, namun juga untuk memenuhi ekspektasi atas pengalaman baru dan unik. Saat ini, kunjungan ke galeri seni menarik perhatian untuk menghabiskan waktunya, secara khusus bagi anak muda sebagai kebutuhan budaya dan estetika. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan studi kelayakan bisnis kafe yang bernama The Muse Dessert Gallery di Bandung. Konsep baru dessert gallery ini menampilkan replika produk yang ditawarkan dengan penempatan yang rapi dan menarik serta terdapat penjelasan mengenai latar belakang dan bahan yang digunakan. Diharapkan agar bisnis dapat memberikan kepuasan atas produk makanan dan minuman yang berkualitas serta memberikan wawasan kepada pelanggan. Dalam studi kelayakan bisnis ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability-convenience sampling. Penelitian ini juga melakukan survei melalui kuesioner dengan total 320 responden yang berdomisili di Kota Bandung dan sekitarnya. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan terhadap aspek pasar dan pemasaran, operasional, sumber daya manusia, dan keuangan, dapat diketahui bahwa bisnis ini layak./The tourism sector is one of the industries that significantly influences the country's economy. One of its components is the food and beverage service industry, which continues to grow due to lifestyle changes. Entrepreneurs in this field not only provide customers' consumption needs but also aim to meet expectations for new and unique experiences. Currently, visits to art galleries attract attention as a way to spend time, especially for young people seeking cultural and aesthetic experiences. Therefore, this research is conducted to assess the feasibility of a café business called The Muse Dessert Gallery in Bandung. The unique concept of this dessert gallery showcases replicas of offered products in an organized and attractive manner, accompanied by explanations of backgrounds and ingredients used. The goal is to provide customer satisfaction with quality food and beverages and to offer insights to customers. This business feasibility study utilizes qualitative research methods with nonprobability-convenience sampling. The research also includes a survey through questionnaires with a total of 320 respondents residing in Bandung and its surrounding areas. Based on the analysis of market and marketing, operational, human resources, and financial aspects, it can be concluded that this business is feasible.
