Abstract

This study delves into the analysis of the effectiveness of legal protection regulations concerning the growth and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) within Tangerang Regency. The research explores the impact and implementation of existing legal frameworks aiming to safeguard and support MSMEs in their operational endeavors. Through empirical research methodologies encompassing interviews and regulatory analysis, this study aims to scrutinize the actual effectiveness of these legal provisions and their implications on MSMEs' development.The background presents the unique challenges faced by MSMEs within the regional landscape, emphasizing the need to investigate how legal safeguards impact their growth trajectory. Through a comprehensive review of legal documentation and interviews with stakeholders, this study assesses the practical implications of these regulations on business operations.The study's findings shed light on the positive aspects, showcasing how these regulations foster a conducive environment for innovation and business sustenance. However, challenges related to administrative burdens emerge as a concern, necessitating further evaluation for optimal implementation.The outcomes highlight the significance of continuous evaluation and fine-tuning of legal frameworks to ensure their effectiveness in bolstering sustainable growth within the MSME sector in Tangerang Regency. This abstract encapsulates the pivotal aspects addressed throughout the research, aiming to provide insights into the nuanced landscape of legal protection for MSMEs in the specified region.
