Abstract
Tea for cake dessert house merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman yang menjual signature dessert berupa dessert dengan bahan tambahan yang berupa teh Indonesia. Tempat usaha ini akan berada di Citraland City, Makassar. Lokasi yang dipilih berdasarkan perencanaan dan target pasar yang diinginkan, serta didukung oleh keberadaan lokasi yang strategis. Studi kelayakan bisnis ini dilaksanakan untuk mengevaluasi dan menguji apakah Tea for Cake Dessert House dapat beroperasi dengan efektif, mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, dan menghasilkan keuntungan. Data yang diperlukan untuk studi ini dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan kuesioner sebagai metode utama untuk data primer. Sementara itu, juga melibatkan penggunaan data sekunder dari berbagai sumber.
