Abstract
Studi Kelayakan Bisnis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis dari Lakon Patisserie dengan memperhatikan pertimbangan-pertimbangan dari aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek operasional, aspek sumber daya manusia, dan aspek finansial. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Lakon Patisserie berlokasi di Cove Batavia, Pantai Indah Kapuk dengan menawarkan berbagai hidangan penutup dan minuman khas tradisional Indonesia yang telah di modifikasi menjadi modern dalam segi penampilan dan penyajiannya, sehingga masyarakat dapat menikmati rasa dessert dan minuman yang autentik dengan ambience yang trendi dan kekinian. Lakon Patisserie memiliki konsep aesthetic, cozy, instagrammable dengan sentuhan tradisional modern untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat yang gemar berfoto, bersantai, serta menikmati indahnya pesisir pantai.
