Abstract
Sebagai negara hukum, Indonesia memiliki landasan aturan untuk mengendalikan perilaku manusia, dengan asas hukum memainkan peran strategis dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan negara. Pemerintah, sebagai penegak hukum, memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memastikan penegakan hukum demi mencapai tujuan hukum yang mengutamakan keadilan, kepatutan, dan kepastian hukum. Asas in dubio pro reo menjadi kunci dalam proses peradilan pidana, di mana hakim harus memiliki keyakinan berdasarkan setidaknya dua bukti yang sah./As a legal state, Indonesia's rules aims to control human behavior, with the legal principle playing a strategic role in societal and national life. The government, as law enforcers, has the responsibility to ensure law enforcement, prioritizing justice, expediency, and legal certainty. The principle of in dubio pro reo is crucial in the criminal justice process, requiring judges to have confidence based on at least two valid pieces of evidence
