On the other hand, e-IPO represents a modern evolution in the process, leveraging electronic platforms and digital technologies. It streamlines the offering process, making it more efficient and accessible to a broader range of investors. e-IPOs typically utilize online platforms and blockchain technology, enabling faster transactions, reduced paperwork, and increased transparency. While IPOs have a long-established history, e-IPOs harness the power of technology to democratize access to the capital market. They offer a more inclusive and streamlined experience, appealing to tech-savvy investors and potentially lowering barriers to entry for companies seeking to go public.
