Abstract

Pelaksanaan seminar hasil dari penelitian ini dengan judul “Penelitian Produk Pound Cake dan Madeleine dengan Bahan Dasar Tepung Mocaf, Tepung Almond, dan Pemanis Stevia” telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 Desember 2023. Tujuan dari seminar hasil yang telah dilaksanakan ini adalah untuk mendapatkan tanggapan mengenai hasil penelitian yang dilakukan baik dalam hal produk maupun penulisan laporan yang telah dibuat sehingga laporan akan dapat menjadi lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan seminar hasil ini adalah secara online, melalui aplikasi Zoom. Hasil dari seminar ini adalah revisi yang perlu dilakukan oleh peneliti utamanya pada bagian latar belakang sehingga fondasi yang diberikan akan semakin kuat dan dapat mendukung penelitian ini./ The seminar on the results of this study entitled “Research on Pound Cake and Madeleine Products with the Basic Ingredients of Mocaf Flour, Almond Flour, and Stevia Sweetener” has been held on December 14, 2023. The purpose of the results seminar that has been carried out is to get responses on the results of research carried out both in terms of products and writing reports that have been made so that the report will be better. The method used to carry out this results seminar is online, through the Zoom application. The result of this seminar is a revision that needs to be done by the main researcher in the background so that the foundation provided will be stronger and can support this research.
