Abstract

Buku resep terbaru akan menghadirkan berbagai hidangan dari seluruh dunia yang menggunakan biji pepaya sebagai pengganti lada hitam. Buku ini juga akan menjelaskan cara pembuatan resep yang mudah dimengerti, serta tips dan trik memasak, cara penggunaan alat masak, fakta menarik tentang bahan atau hidangan, dan gambar tahap memasak.Tujuan pengembangan buku resep ini adalah untuk menyediakan langkah-langkah pembuatan makanan, serta memperkenalkan inovasi produk yang berbahan dasar biji pepaya. Biji pepaya merupakan limbah yang dapat dimanfaatkan kembali dengan beberapa langkah mudah menjadi sesuatu yang bermanfaat. Buku resep ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber ilmu memasak bagi para pembaca, serta mendorong pemanfaatan biji pepaya sebagai bahan baku makanan./The new cookbook will feature a variety of dishes from around the world that use papaya seeds instead of black pepper. The book will also explain how to make recipes that are easy to understand, as well as cooking tips and tricks, how to use cooking utensils, interesting facts about ingredients or dishes, and pictures of cooking stages. The purpose of developing this cookbook is to provide steps for making food, as well as introducing innovative products made from papaya seeds. Papaya seeds are waste that can be reused with a few easy steps into something useful. This cookbook is expected to be a source of cooking knowledge for readers, as well as encourage the utilization of papaya seeds as food raw materials.
