Abstract
Hidangan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan primer dari kehidupan manusia. Pada setiap daerahnya di Indonesia, ada hidangan olahan lokal yang resepnya biasanya turun temurun dari generasi ke generasi. Berbagai jenis hidangan tradisional berasal dari Indonesia, tepatnya dari pulau Jawa. Salah satu hidangan tradisional yang paling populer adalah tumpeng, yang memiliki teknik penyajian yang unik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil yang baik sehingga dapat diterapkan serta dikembangkan dalam ide bisnis usaha UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian literatur, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat dan konkret dari responden. dalam mengolah data tersebut menggunakan analisis kualitatif yang terdiri dari reduksi data (data condensation), penyajian data (data display) dan penarikan kesimpulan (drawing or verifying conclusions). "Hidangan Tradisional Pulau Jawa dengan Tampilan Modern" dan pelatihan "Nasi Tutug Oncom dengan Konsep Tumpeng sebagai Ide Bisnis UMKM kepada SML UMKM Centre" memberikan motivasi yang kuat terkait ide bisnis UMKM kepada seluruh peserta. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kuliner dan ide bisnis, tetapi juga menciptakan pengalaman positif dan memperkuat hubungan antarpeserta. / Cuisine stands as a fundamental necessity in human life, showcasing a variety of local delicacies across different regions of Indonesia, with recipes often passed down from generation to generation. Diverse traditional dishes originate from Indonesia, particularly from the island of Java. One of the most popular traditional dishes is "tumpeng," characterized by its unique presentation technique. The aim of this research is to attain positive outcomes that can be applied and developed in the context of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (UMKM) business ideas. The study employs literature review, interviews, and documentation to gather accurate and concrete information from respondents. Data processing involves qualitative analysis encompassing data condensation, data display, and drawing or verifying conclusions. The seminar on "Traditional Javanese Cuisine with a Modern Twist" and the training on "Nasi Tutug Oncom with the Tumpeng Concept as a UMKM Business Idea to SML UMKM Centre" provides strong motivation regarding UMKM business ideas to all participants. This initiative not only benefits in enhancing culinary skills and business ideas but also creates positive experiences and strengthens relationships among participants.
