Abstract
Pertumbuhan penduduk dan jumlah restoran di Jakarta Selatan dan dengan adanya perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat menengah keatas dari goods-based consumption ke experience-based consumption serta perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, terbukalah peluang bagi Wonderland untuk dibangun di Treasury Tower SCBD. Bisnis ini merupakan jenis restoran contemporary casual, dengan konsep immersive dining experience, yang berfokus pada penyediaan makanan berkualitas khususnya Italian Cuisine dalam bentuk 6-course-set-menu, pelayanan yang berfokus kepada kepuasan tamu, suasana mewah dan berkelas, serta dining experience yang berbeda dan jarang dilihat sebelumnya. Daya tarik utama dari restoran ini adalah pemanfaatan teknologi mixed reality dan LED projection untuk menciptakan immersive experience bagi tamu yang makan di Wonderland. Perhitungan keuangan sudah dilakukan dan terbukti bahwa bisnis ini layak untuk dijalankan.
