Abstract

Perkembangan zaman membuat beberapa sektor usaha mengubah sistem pada proses bisnisnya menjadi digitalisasi dan saling terintegrasi. Perubahan tersebut menuntut para pelaku industri untuk menerapkan sistem informasi guna mengejar tingkat produktifitas dan efektifitas dari setiap aktifitas pada proses bisnisnya. Yang menjadi tantangan adalah kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang dapat menangani perkembangan teknologi menggunakan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi (ERP). Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat modul praktikum ERP Master Data untuk bagian MRP dan Forecasting menggunakan Odoo 15. Pembuatan tersebut dipicu dengan pergantian platform pembelajaran yang digunakan pada praktikum ERP Master Data di Teknik Industri UPH. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Modul yang dibuat tersebut diuji mengunakan uji validasi modul oleh ahli yang terdiri dari validasi materi, validasi media, dan validasi bahasa dilanjutkan dengan uji kepraktisan modul oleh 14 mahasiswa. Modul praktikum ERP untuk bagian MRP dan Forecasting menggunakan Odoo 15 terdiri dari 15 materi utama, yaitu data produk & pemasok, bill of material, work center, operasi kerja, konversi satuan, detail pembelian barang, manajemen limbah, HPP produk, waktu pengamanan, reordering rule, membeli raw material, produksi awal, produksi siklus (forecast), MPS,dan menjual limbah dan 4 materi tambahan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dosen pembimbing yang terdiri dari quality control, point of sales, e-commerce, dan scan barcode. Hasil dari uji validasi modul oleh ahli mendapatkan persentase sebesar 99% untuk validasi materi dengan kriteria sangat valid, 99% untuk validasi media dengan kriteria sangat valid, dan 98% untuk validasi bahasa dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan modul oleh 14 mahasiswa mendapatkan rata-rata persentase sebesar 84% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Kriteria yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil uji validasi dan uji kepraktisan modul menyimpulkan bahwa modul yang dibuat tidak perlu dilakukan revisi kembali dan siap untuk diimplementasikan lebih lanjut./The development of the times has made several business sectors change their business process systems to become digitalized and integrated with each other. These changes require industrial players to implement information systems to achieve levels of productivity and effectiveness in every activity in their business processes. The challenge is the lack of human resources capable of handling technological developments using integrated information systems (ERP). Therefore, the aim of this research is to create an ERP Master Data practicum module for the MRP and Forecasting sections using Odoo 15. This creation was triggered by a change in the learning platform used in the ERP Master Data practicum at UPH Industrial Engineering. This research uses the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development model. The module created was tested using a module validation test by experts consisting of material validation, media validation and language validation followed by a module practicality test by 14 students. The ERP practicum module for the MRP and Forecasting section using Odoo 15 consists of 15 main materials, namely product & supplier data, bill of material, work center, work operations, unit conversion, details of purchasing goods, waste management, product COGS, security time, ordering re-rule, purchase raw materials, initial production, cycle production (estimate), MPS, and sell waste and 4 additional materials based on the supervisor's evaluation results consisting of quality control, point of sales, e-commerce, and barcode scanning. The results of the module validation test by experts obtained a percentage of 99% for material validation with very valid criteria, 99% for media validation with very valid criteria, and 98% for language validation with very valid criteria. The results of the module practicality test by 14 students obtained an average percentage of 84% with very practical criteria. The criteria obtained based on the results of the validation test and practicality test of the module concluded that the module created did not need to be revised again and was ready for further implementation.
