Abstract

Penggunaan sistem komputasi awan secara umum dapat membawa sejumlah manfaat dalam operasional TI secara umum. Namun, dalam penggunaannya, penting untuk memastikan bahwa aplikasi dan beban kerja pada sistem komputasi awan berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien. Masalah sistem dan penggunaan yang tidak efisien dapat menyebabkan masalah lebih lanjut, misalnya penurunan kualitas layanan, pemborosan biaya, dan sebagainya. Untuk mengidentifikasi dan memberikan solusi atas masalah-masalah tersebut, salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah process mining. Metode process mining bertujuan untuk mengenali dan mengatasi masalah pada sebuah model proses. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan process mining melalui sejumlah tahap, yaitu pertama melakukan sampling dan filtering data untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang lebih terperinci, kemudian melakukan process discovery dengan membuat visualisasi berupa directly follows graph, dan petri net. Kemudian dilakukan proses conformance checking terhadap dataset dan petri net. Selain itu, dilakukan juga analisis lanjutan terhadap hasil dari process discovery dan conformance checking untuk mencari potensi anomali yang terjadi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, didapatkan bahwa directly follows graph dan petri net berhasil membuat analisis sistem yang berisi dua kelompok sistem terdistribusi yang menjalankan tiga sistem database. Lalu, pada proses conformance checking, 13 dari 16 kasus pada ketiga sistem database mendapatkan nilai fitness 1,0, sedangkan 3 dari 16 kasus tidak dapat menyelesaikan proses conformance checking. Sedangkan pada analisis lanjutan, ditemukan potensi anomali sistem pada satu tanggal kejadian. / The use of cloud computing systems generally brings various benefits in terms of general IT operations. However, it is important to ensure that applications and workloads in the cloud computing system are running smoothly and efficiently. Problems in the systems and inefficient uses of the system may cause further problems, e.g., quality of service reductions, cost inefficiencies, and many more. To identify and propose solutions of those problems, one of many possible solutions include the use of process mining. The goals of process mining are to identify and propose solutions to problems in a process model. In this research, the use of process mining involves various steps. First, the dataset is sampled and filtered to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the dataset. Then, process discovery is performed by creating a directly follows graph and a petri net. Then conformance checking is done on the dataset and petri net. Also, an extended analysis is done towards the results of the process discovery and conformance checking process to find any potential anomalies. The results of the research are as follows. First, it was found that both the directly follows graph and petri net can create an analysis of the system that consists of two groups of distributed systems that run three database systems. Then, in the conformance checking process, 13 out of 16 cases in the three database systems receives a fitness score of 1.0. However, 3 out of 16 cases were unable to complete the conformance checking process. Meanwhile, in the extended analysis, a potential anomaly in the system was found on one occurrence date.
