Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penyakit jantung koroner adalah penyakit jantung yang disebabkan oleh penyempitan pembuluh darah di jantung. Pengendalian penyakit jantung koroner diperburuk dengan kurangnya upaya pencegahan kekambuham penyakit jantung koroner pasien. Kualitas hidup pasien dapat menurun ketika kurangnya kesadaran terhadap informasi seputar penyakit jantung koroner. Tujuan: Untuk mencari dan memahami hubungan pengetahuan pencegahan sekunder penyakit jantung koroner dengan kualitas hidup pasien penyakit jantung koroner di Rumah Sakit Siloam Karawaci. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi analitik cross sectional dengan analisan Chi-square. Sampel penelitian didapatkan sebanyak 48 pasien penyakit jantung koroner diambil menggunakan metode consecutive sampling pada Juli-September 2023. Kriteria inklusi ini mencakup pasien yang mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, bersedia ikut serta dalam penelitian, dan menyetujui informed consent. Hasil: Dari 48 responden menunjukkan 50% berusia 61-70 tahun, 72.91% merupakan jenis kelamin laki-laki, 47.92% memiliki riwayat pendidikan SMA, 70.83% pasien sudah tidak bekerja, dan 48.83% memiliki riwayat PCI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sebanyak 87.5% responden memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dan sebanyak 70.83% kualitas hidup pasien penyakit jantung koroner sangat baik. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan pencegahan sekunder penyakit jantung koroner dengan kualitas hidup pasien penyakit jantung koroner dengan nilai P value 0.448 (>0.05). Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Pencegahan Sekunder, Kualitas Hidup, Penyakit Jantung Koroner/ Background: Coronary heart disease is a heart disease caused by narrowing of the blood vessels in the heart. Control of coronary heart disease is exacerbated by the lack of efforts to prevent patient recurrence of coronary heart disease. The patient’s quality can decrease when there is a lack of awareness of information about coronary heart disease. Objective: To find and understand the relationship between knowledge of coronary heart disease secondary prevention with the quality of life of coronary heart disease patients at Siloam Karawaci Hospital. Method: This study used a cross-sectional analytic study design with Chi-square analysis. The research sample was 48 patients with coronary heart disease taken using the consecutive sampling method in July-September 2023. These inclusion criteria included patients who are able to communicate well, were willing to participate in the study, and agreed to informed consent. Result: Of the 48 respondents, 50% were aged 61-70 years, 72.91% were male, 47.92% had a history of high school education, 70.83% of patients were no longer working, and 48.83% had a history of PCI. Based on the research results, as many as 87.5% of respondents had good knowledge and as many as 70.83% of patients with coronary heart disease had very good quality of life. Conclusion: There is no relationship between knowledge of secondary prevention of coronary heart disease and the quality of life of coronary heart disease patients with P value of 0.488 (>0.05).
