Abstract

This study delves into how work motivation, work culture, and work environment collectively impact employee performance at Banyan Tree Hotel Bintan. The writer's research method for analyzing data in this work is quantitative research, collected by providing online questionnaires to Employee at Banyan tree Bintan. The quantitative approach is utilized to collect, analyze, and interpret data in numerical or statistical form. My primary objective is to quantitatively measure and assess the extent to which work motivation, work culture, and work environment influence employee performance at Banyan Tree Bintan.The utilization of the quantitative method in this research allows me to gather data on a large scale from representative respondents or units of analysis. I have designed a structured survey or measurement instrument that has been rigorously tested for reliability to ensure consistency in data collection. Furthermore, statistical analysis will be employed to identify significant patterns or relationships among the variables under investigation. This Data analysis reveals crucial insights regarding the determinants of employee performance at Banyan Tree Bintan. Work motivation (X1) significantly impacts employee performance, with each unit increase resulting in a 0.387 performance increase. Work culture (X2) also plays a vital role, with a unit increase leading to a 0.593 performance increase. Equally important is the work environment (X3), as a unit increase in the work environment yields a 0.302 performance increase. These findings underscore the interconnectedness of motivation, culture, and environment in shaping employee performance, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive approach to enhance these factors and cultivate a high-performing workforce at Banyan Tree Bintan/ Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana motivasi kerja, budaya kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan di Banyan Tree Hotel Bintan. Metode penelitian penulis untuk menganalisis data dalam karya ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, yang dikumpulkan dengan memberikan kuesioner online kepada Karyawan di Banyan tree Bintan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menafsirkan data dalam bentuk numerik atau statistik. Tujuan utama saya adalah mengukur dan menilai secara kuantitatif sejauh mana motivasi kerja, budaya kerja, dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Banyan Tree Bintan. Penggunaan metode kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini memungkinkan saya mengumpulkan data dalam skala besar dari perwakilan responden atau unit analisis. Saya telah merancang survei terstruktur atau instrumen pengukuran yang telah diuji keandalannya secara ketat untuk memastikan konsistensi dalam pengumpulan data. Selain itu, analisis statistik akan digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola atau hubungan yang signifikan di antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Analisis data ini mengungkap wawasan penting mengenai faktor-faktor penentu kinerja karyawan di Banyan Tree Bintan. Motivasi kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan setiap peningkatan unit menghasilkan peningkatan kinerja sebesar 0.387. Budaya kerja (X2) juga memainkan peran penting, dengan peningkatan unit menghasilkan peningkatan kinerja sebesar 0.593. Sama pentingnya adalah lingkungan kerja (X3), dengan peningkatan unit dalam lingkungan kerja menghasilkan peningkatan kinerja sebesar 0.302. Temuan ini menegaskan keterkaitan motivasi, budaya, dan lingkungan dalam membentuk kinerja karyawan, yang menekankan perlunya pendekatan komprehensif untuk meningkatkan faktor-faktor ini dan membentuk tenaga kerja yang berkinerja tinggi di Banyan Tree Bintan.
