Abstract

Laporan seminar hasil ini merupakan kegiatan hasil dari laporan penelitian yang diteliti dan ditulis oleh penulis. Laporan penelitian ini berjudul "Pemanfaatan Ampas Almond Sebagai Bahan Utama Dalam Pembuatan Cookies".Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk baru dan menguji keefektifan dan menyempurnakan produk terdahulu berdasarkan tampilan, rasa, tekstur dan aroma.Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengamatan atau observasi pada produk dalam pengumpulan data. Penyelenggaraan seminar ini terdapat tiga tahapan, yaitu persiapan, penyelenggaraan dan penutup. Uji coba dilakukan pada panelis terbatas kepada tiga dosen pengampu dan dilakukan umpan balik dari dosen reviewer. Kesimpulan laporan seminar hasil dari penelitian ini adalah masukan dari para reviewer yang dapat digunakan untuk menyempurnakan hasil penelitian. / This seminar report is an activity resulting from a research and written by the author. This research is entitled "Utilization of Almond Pulp as the Main Ingredient in Making Cookies". This research aims to produce new products by testing the effectiveness and improving previous products based on appearance, taste, texture and aroma. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative using observation techniques or observing products in data collection. There are three stages in organizing this seminar, namely preparation, implementation and closing. The trial was carried out on panelists limited to three lectures and provided feedback from reviewer lectures. The conclusion of the seminar report resulting from this input from the reviewers which can be used to improve the research results.
