Abstract

PT Indako Trading Coy terdiri dari 106 Dealer, 136 bengkel AHASS dan 414 toko spare part yang tersebar di Sumatera Utara dan Aceh. Indako menerapkan dua sistem yang berbeda yang berjalan di sisi Main Dealer dan Dealer yang masing-masing sistem ini digunakan untuk mendukung operasional mereka. Akhir-akhir ini dealer mulai mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan stok yang terus meningkat jenis dan jumlahnya. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini penulis telah merancang sistem pengelolaan stok spare part untuk dealer PT Indako Trading Coy berbasis website yang mampu melakukan pembelian atau penerimaan barang, penjualan barang serta penyesuaian jumlah barang. Penggunaan sistem berbasis website menjadi pilihan untuk membantu dealer secara operasional karena sistem website tidak membutuhkan instalasi yang rumit dan cukup simple untuk digunakan. Implementasi sistem ini akan memberikan kemampuan untuk dengan efisien dan efektif mengelola stok masuk dan keluar mereka. Informasi terkait penerimaan dan penjualan barang akan ditampilkan secara jelas dan rinci. Dari sini dealer dapat melihat stok masuk dan stok keluar. / PT Indako Trading Coy consists of 106 dealers, 136 AHASS workshops and 414 spare part shops spread across North Sumatra and Aceh. Indako implements two different systems that run on the Main Dealer and Dealer sides, each of it is used to support their operations. Lately, dealers have begun to experience difficulties in managing stock that continues to increase in type and quantity. To overcome this problem, the author has designed a website-based spare part stock management system for PT Indako Trading Coy dealers that is able to purchase or receive goods, sell goods and adjust the number of goods. The use of a website-based system is an option to help dealers operationally because the website system does not require complicated installations and is quite simple to use. The implementation of this system will provide the ability to efficiently and effectively manage their incoming and outgoing stock. Information related to the receipt and sale of goods will be displayed clearly and in detail. From here, dealers can view incoming stock and outgoing stock.
