Abstract

Human Resouces (HR) plays a crucial role in a company by ensuring the sustainability and stability of the workforce. Organizations must harness the full potential of their human resources to achieve their objectives effectively. A professional HR is required to have a deep understanding of the organization and the implementation of a well-defined development strategy to ensure that the organization's human resources are utilized optimally. Primary and secondary data are used in this research, and the questionnaires are distributed to PT Intan Hevea Industry. Data is measured by validity and reliability tests. The sampling method used in this study is the purposive sampling method. The data is analyzed using SPSS 26.0, the research model is tested using normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests. The data was also tested with multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis tests were done with F-Test and T-Test. The results obtained show that the Work-Life Balance variable has no positive influence on Employee Commitment at PT Intan Hevea Industry. Transformational Leadership variable has a partial and significant positive influence on Employee Commitment at PT Intan Hevea Industry. The Workplace Social Support variable has a partial and significant positive influence on Employee Commitment at PT Intan Hevea Industry. / Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) memainkan peran penting dalam sebuah perusahaan dengan memastikan keberlanjutan dan stabilitas tenaga kerja. Penting bagi organisasi untuk mengoptimalkan potensi penuh sumber daya manusia mereka agar dapat mencapai tujuan mereka dengan efektif. Seorang profesional dalam SDM harus memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang organisasi dan menerapkan strategi pengembangan yang terdefinisi dengan baik untuk memastikan bahwa sumber daya manusia organisasi digunakan secara optimal. Data primer dan data sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan kuesioner yang didistribusikan ke PT Intan Hevea Industry. Data diukur dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 26.0, model penelitian diuji dengan uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinearitas. Data diuji dengan regresi linear berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan Uji-F dan Uji-T. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa variabel Keseimbangan Kerja-Kehidupan tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Karyawan di PT Intan Hevea Industry. Variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional memiliki pengaruh parsial dan positif yang signifikan terhadap Komitmen Karyawan di PT Intan Hevea Industry. Variabel Dukungan Sosial di Tempat Kerja memiliki pengaruh parsial dan positif yang signifikan terhadap Komitmen Karyawan di PT Intan Hevea Industry.
