Abstract

PT Réal Lustrum merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri furnitur berbahan dasar kayu. Perusahaan menerapkan sistem produksi Make-to-Order dengan menawarkan jasa produksi barang yang dapat dikostumisasi sesuai preferensi pelanggan. Hal ini mengakibatkan perusahaan memerlukan sistem pengelolaan data yang baik agar proses bisnis tetap dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Saat ini perusahaan menggunakan sistem ERP Easy Accounting System dalam mengelola data. Namun, belum seluruh proses bisnis terintegrasi di dalam sistem. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengoptimalkan sistem pengelolaan data PT Réal Lustrum agar lebih terintegrasi. SAP Business One dipilih sebagai sistem ERP yang digunakan untuk perancangan sistem usulan. Blueprint rancangan sistem dibuat untuk proses bisnis penjualan, pembelian, serta produksi. Tahap perancangan hingga implementasi sistem ERP SAP Business One dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Berdasarkan fit gap analysis, ditemukan terdapat enam gap dengan sistem saat ini dengan sistem usulan. Gap tersebut antara lain berkaitan dengan perhitungan kebutuhan material, pencatatan stok, serta penggunaan dokumen GRPO, PDO, Receipt from Production, dan Delivery. Penelitian berfokus mengisi kesenjangan dari keenam gap yang ditemukan dengan mengimplementasikan modul Sales, Purchasing, dan Production pada SAP Business One. Pada tahap pengujian yang merupakan tahap akhir dari SDLC, kerangka pikir DeLone & McLean Information System Success Model diterapkan untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan sistem rancangan. Indikator yang digunakan dalam pengukuran adalah dimensi kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan sistem, dan kualitas sistem. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan perolehan skor sebesar 57,47 dari 60 dengan rata-rata skor dari ketiga dimensi sebesar 19,16. Nilai ini menyatakan implementasi sistem SAP B1 pada PT Réal Lustrum telah berjalan dengan sangat baik./PT Réal Lustrum is a company that operates as a wood-based furniture manufacturer. The Make-to-Order production system that offers services to produce customized goods according to the customers' preferences requires a well-managed data system so that the business process can continue to run effectively and efficiently. Currently, the company uses the ERP Easy Accounting System in managing data. However, not all business processes are fully integrated in the system. This research was conducted with the purpose of optimizing PT Réal Lustrum's data management system to be more integrated. SAP Business One was chosen as the ERP system used for the proposed system design. A system design blueprint was created for the sales, purchasing, and production business processes. The design phase to the implementation of the SAP Business One ERP system in this study was carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. Based on the fit gap analysis, there were found to be six gaps between the current system and the proposed system. The gaps include calculation of material requirements, stock record management, and the use of GRPO, PDO, Receipt from Production, and Delivery documents. The research focuses on filling the gaps of the six gaps found by implementing the Sales, Purchasing, and Production modules by SAP Business One. In the testing phase, which is the final stage of the SDLC, the DeLone & McLean Information System Success Model framework is applied to measure the success of the designed system. The indicators used in the measurement are the dimensions of information quality, system service quality, and system quality. The measurement result shows a score of 57.47 out of 60 with an average of 19.16 scores from the three dimensions. This value indicates that the implementation of the SAP B1 system at PT Réal Lustrum can be considered as a major success.
