Abstract

Bidang kesehatan tergolong bidang yang paling berpengaruh dalam kehidupan manusia. Permasalahan yang sering ditemukan di bidang kesehatan dimana informasi pelayanan kesehatan yang tidak tersebar secara merata sehingga tidak diketahui oleh masyarakat. Hal ini menyebabkan sebagian masyarakat kesulitan dalam menemukan fasilitas kesehatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Solusi menyelesaikan permasalahan yang diuraikan adalah dengan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi "Find Medical" dalam mencari layanan kesehatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Dalam penelitian ini, metode Haversine dan Algoritme Dijkstra digunakan untuk merekomendasikan layanan kesehatan terdekat dari posisi pengguna. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi "Find Medical" dan menganalisis akurasi metode yang digunakan. Aplikasi "Find Medical" dikembangkan dengan framework Laravel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, mayoritas responden setuju bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam menyelesaikan masalah sistem pencarian informasi kesehatan yang kurang efisien. Selain itu, metode Haversine Formula dan Algoritme Dijkstra yang diimplementasikan dalam aplikasi ini memberikan hasil rekomendasi yang akurat dengan tingkat keakuratan sebesar 90% / The health sector is one of the most influential fields in human life. Problems that are often found in the health sector are that health service information is not distributed evenly so that it is not known by the public. This causes some people to have difficulty finding health facilities that suit their needs. The solution to solve the problems described is to develop a "Find Medical" application to find health services that suit their needs. In this research, the Haversine method and Dijkstra algorithm are used to recommend the closest health services from the user's position. The aim of this research is to design the "Find Medical" application and analyze the accuracy of the method used. The "Find Medical" application was developed with the Laravel framework. Based on the test results, the majority of respondents agreed that this application was effective in solving the problem of an inefficient health information search system. Apart from that, the Haversine Formula method and Dijkstra algorithm implemented in this application provide accurate recommendation results with an accuracy level of 90%.
