Abstract

Penjadwalan sidang tugas akhir merupakan hasil kerja sama dari beberapa pihak dan dibuat dengan mempertimbangkan jadwal ketersediaan dari dosen – dosen yang akan mengikuti sidang tugas akhir sebagai penguji sidang. Karena proses ini masih dilakukan secara manual, ini dapat menyebabkan konflik dan redudansi dari jadwal sidang tugas akhir yang dihasilkan. Oleh sebab itu penulis merancang Sistem Penjadwalan Sidang Tugas Akhir berbasis desktop windows dengan menggunakan Visual Studio. Hasil dari sistem ini adalah dapat memproses informasi berkaitan dengan sidang tugas akhir, seperti: mengelola data mahasiswa, data dosen, data sekretaris sidang, data jadwal pendaftaran sidang tugas akhir, proses pembuatan dan pengelolahan jadwal sidang tugas akhir. Melalui sistem ini, proses penjadwalan sidang tugas akhir dapat lebih efisien dan kesalahan pada penjadwalan sidang tugas akhir dapat diminimalisir. / The thesis defense schedule is created with the consideration of the availability schedule of the lecturers who will take part in the thesis defense as examiners. Because this process is still carried out manually, it can cause conflicts and redundancies in the resulting thesis defense schedule. Therefore, the author designed a windows desktop-based Thesis Defense Scheduling System using Visual Studio. The result of this system is that it can process information related to the thesis defense, such as: managing student data, lecturer data, thesis defense secretary data, thesis defense registration schedule data, the process of creating and managing thesis defense schedules. Through this system, the thesis defense scheduling process can be more efficient and errors in the final assignment scheduling can be minimized.
