Abstract

The authority of the Constitutional Court is a separate study in this article. According to criteria Article 24 C Paragraphs (1) and (2) are for adjudicating at the first and final level for testing Laws against the Constitution, decide disputes over the authority of state institutions whose authority is granted The Constitution, decides on the dissolution of political parties, and resolves disputes regarding election results general. The Constitutional Court annulled General Election Commissions Sabu Raijua's decision No.153/HK.03.1-Kpt/5320/KPU-Kab/IX/2020 concerning determination of serial numbers and list of pairs of prospective participants The 2020 Sabu Raijua Regent election is dated September 24 2020, as long as the candidate pairs Serial number 2 (Otient Patriot Riwu Kore and Thobias Uly).
