Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dapat memperbaiki kelayakan hidup seseorang dan meningkatkan perekonomian negara. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah wirausaha yang ada di Indonesia maka dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan yang lebih banyak sehingga memberi peluang kepada pencari kerja dan mengurangi jumlah pengangguran. Berdasarkan data BPS (2021) menunjukkan bahwa meningkatnya pengangguran terbuka dan rendahnya jumlah wirausahawan dapat menyebabkan rendahnya lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui faktor – faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa Universitas Prasetiya Mulya dalam berwirausaha berdasarkan theory of planned behavior. Pada penelitian kali ini, variabel yang digunakan yaitu attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah variabel attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control dan pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. / Entrepreneurship is an activity that can improve a person's livelihood and improve the country's economy. By increasing the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, more jobs can be created, thereby providing opportunities for job seekers and reducing the number of unemployed. Based on BPS data (2021), it shows that the increase in open unemployment and the low number of entrepreneurs can lead to low job opportunities available. So this research aims to find out what factors influence students' of Prasetiya Mulya University interest in entrepreneurship based on the theory of planned behaviour. In this research, the variables used are attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control, and entrepreneurship education. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results obtained are that attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioural control and the entrepreneurial education variable has a significant and positive influence on interest in entrepreneurship
