Abstract

CV. Rizky Utama Mandiri adalah suatu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang perbaikan alat berat traktor. Dalam proses pengelolaan datanya, perusahaan menggunakan aplikasi seperti Microsoft Office untuk mengolah data perusahaan. Penggunaan aplikasi yang dasar pada perusahaan menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan, yakni tidak adanya penyimpanan data yang tersentralisasi dan aman untuk penyimpanan data, serta pendataan masih dilakukan secara manual dimana kerentanan terhadap kesalahan dan sulit untuk melakukan perubahan pada data perusahaan yang sudah tersimpan. Pencatatan data transaksi yang dilakukan secara terpisah juga berdampak terhadap lamanya proses penyusunan laporan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem berbasis web untuk membantu proses mengelola stok barang yang ada di gudang penyimpanan yang dapat digunakan oleh CV. Rizky Utama Mandiri. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Sistem ini diskontruksi dengan CSS, HTML, PHP, dan Laravel dengan database MySQL. Dengan adanya sebuah sistem berbasis web ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk memudahkan proses pengelolaan stok barang bagi CV. Rizky Utama Mandiri. Pencapaian dari penelitian ini ialah sistem informasi yang mampu menggabungkan data pembelian dan persediaan secara efektif dan menyajikan laporan yang diperlukan. Dengan demikian, proses bisnis dapat berjalan lebih efisien, dan informasi yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi dasar yang berguna untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan perusahaan./ CV. In the data management process, companies use applications such as Microsoft Office to process company data. The use of basic applications in companies causes several problems, namely the absence of centralized and secure data storage for data storage, and data collection is still done manually which is prone to errors and it is difficult to make changes to company data that has been stored. Recording transaction data which is carried out separately also has an impact on the length of the report preparation process. Therefore, a web-based system is needed to help the process of managing stock of goods in the storage warehouse that can be used by CV. Rizky Utama Mandiri. The system development method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This system is constructed with CSS, HTML, PHP, and Laravel with a MySQL database. With this web-based system, it is hoped that it can become the basis for facilitating the process of managing stock for CV.
