Abstract

PT Duta Laserindo Metal (PT. DLM) is a metal sheet fabrication and manufacturing company that has been operating in Indonesia for several years. As part of its commitment to employee quality and performance, PT DLM implements the 5R principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) as an environmental and cleanliness management system in the workplace. The effort to implement the 5R principles is realized through the development of the "Disiplean" application, an upgrade from the previous "5R" application. This application highlights improvements from the previous version and includes key features such as Findings, Resolutions, Audits, and Leaderboard. In this internship program, application development follows the Agile Scrumban methodology. The audit assessment system is designed through an activity diagram. The application is implemented using the Dart Flutter programming language, and Google Firebase serves as the data storage platform. The audit features developed undergo testing using Scenario Testing, involving the development team, design team, and external consultants. The testing results indicate that the intern has successfully developed the audit assessment features, meeting the requirements set by PT Duta Laserindo Metal. The company's examiners also approve of the developed features./ PT Duta Laserindo Metal (PT. DLM) merupakan perusahaan fabrikasi dan manufaktur lembaran logam yang telah beroperasi di Indonesia selama bertahuntahun. Sebagai bagian dari komitmen terhadap kualitas dan kinerja karyawan, PT DLM menerapkan prinsip 5R (Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin, dan Ringkas) sebagai sistem manajemen lingkungan dan kebersihan di lingkungan kerja.Upaya untuk menerapkan prinsip 5R dilakukan melalui pengembangan aplikasi "Disiplean," sebuah pembaruan dari aplikasi sebelumnya yang disebut "5R." Aplikasi ini menyoroti perbaikan dari versi sebelumnya dan mencakup fitur-fitur utama seperti Temuan, Penyelesaian, Audit, dan Leaderboard. Dalam program magang ini, pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode Agile Scrumban. Sistem penilaian audit dirancang melalui activity diagram. Implementasi aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Dart Flutter dan Google Firebase sebagai penyimpanan data. Fitur audit yang dikembangkan melalui proses pengujian menggunakan Scenario Testing, yang melibatkan tim pengembang, tim desain, dan konsultan eksternal. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pemagang berhasil mengembangkan fitur penilaian audit dan memenuhi persyaratan yang diinginkan oleh PT Duta Laserindo Metal. Penguji dari perusahaan juga menyetujui fitur-fitur yang telah dikembangkan.
