Abstract

Neutrophil lymphocyte count ratio is a new inflammatory parameter that can be calculated by obtaining a Full Blood Count (FBC) value. Neutrophil lymphocyte count ratio is counted by dividing absolute neutrophil with absolute lymphocyte count. Neutrophil lymphocyte count ratio was found to be a grip to predict death in patients in various types of diseases. The aim of this research is to obtain difference of neutrophil and lymphocyte count ratio on patient that experience death as well as patients that survive. This research is a case control study. Sample consist of data from medical record that will taken from Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Lippo Village archives. Data that match the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this research will be use as samples and then processed with SPSS 20 program. First the data will be observed whether the data are normal by using KS test, if the data are normal then the data will be tested with unpaired T-test method, if the data are abnormal then the data will be tested with Whitney-Mann test. From 100 samples that are acquired for the purpose of this research, 45(45%) are death patients and 55(55%) are patient that survives. The difference of NLCR value between death and survived patients are obtained with significant value p value=0.003. Death patients shows less NLCR (Mean=12.65) than survive patient (Mean =7.5) In conclusion, there is a difference of NLCR value between Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Lippo Village patients who are death and who survives / Rasio neutrofil limfosit adalah suatu parameter inflamasi baru dan dapat dihitung dengan mendapatkan nilai Full Blood Count (FBC). Rasio neutrofil limfosit dihitung dengan cara membagi nilai absolut neutrofil dibagi dengan nilai absolut limfosit. Rasio neutrofil limfosit juga ditemukan dapat menjadi sebuah pegangan untuk memprediksi kematian pada pasien dalam berbagai jenis penyakit. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan perbeddan NLCR pada pasien Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Lippo Village yang mati dan hidup pada bulan Juni 2017 hingga Desember 2017. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan desain studi case control. Sampel akan di ambil dari data rekam medis Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Lippo Village. Data yang cocok dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi penelitian ini akan dijaikan sampel kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS 20. Peneliti akan mengobservasi bagaimana sebaran data dengan menggunakan KS test, jika sebaran data normal maka akan data di uji dengan metode T-test tidak berpasangan, dan jika sebaran data abnormal maka data akan di uji dengan metode Whitney-Mann test. Dari 100 sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini, 45 (45%) di antaranya mati dan 55(55%) diantaranya hidup. Ditemukan perbedaan signifikansi nilai NLCR dengan kematian dengan nilai p value=0.033. kelompok sampel yang mati menunjukkan nilai NLCR yang lebih rendah (mean=12.65) di bandingkan sampel yang hidup (mean=7.5) Maka kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan nilai NLCR yang signifikan pada pasien Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Lippo Village yang hidup dan mati pada bulan Juni 2017 hingga Desember 2017.
