Abstract

For carrying out lessons and instructing students, it is imperative that all teachers possess pedagogical competence. When leaders intentionally provide chances for teachers to continuously improve their skills, this competency can be fostered. Organizational culture, teacher creativity, and transformational leadership are among the aspects that are being studied. This study included thirty respondents through purposive sampling and used a quantitative descriptive research approach, using the smartPLS series 4 as the tool for processing data. The path coefficient approach was used to investigate the relationships between the variables. Several inferences were made regarding to the data processing results: 1) Teacher pedagogical competency and transformative leadership are positively correlated. 2) Teacher instructional skill and corporate culture are positively correlated. 3) Teacher creativity and transformative leadership do not positively correlate. 4) Teacher pedagogical competence and corporate culture do not positively correlate. 5) The creative and pedagogical abilities of teachers are positively correlated. 6) There is no correlation between teacher creativity as a mediator of teacher pedagogical ability and transformational leadership that is beneficial. 7) Teacher creativity functions as a mediator in the beneficial relationship that exists between corporate culture and teacher pedagogical competency. / Setiap guru sangat perlu memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dalam menjalankan tugas mengajar dan mendidik para siswa. Kompetensi tersebut bisa berkembang dengan didukung oleh pemimpin yang secara intensional membuka ruang bagi setiap guru untuk semakin memperlengkapi diri. Beberapa faktor yang dibahas di dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan kreativitas guru itu sendiri. Terdapat 30 responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan smartPLS seri 4 digunakan sebagai tools pengolahan data. Pengaruh antarvariabel dapat diketahui dengan metode analisis jalur (path coefficient). Berdasarkan dengan hasil pengolahan data yang diperoleh, maka terdapat beberapa kesimpulan yang diperoleh, yaitu 1) Terdapat hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru. 2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru. 3) Tidak terdapat hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kreativitas guru. 4) Tidak terdapat hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru. 5) Terdapat hubungan positif antara kreativitas guru dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru. 6) Tidak terdapat hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang dimediasi oleh kreativitas guru. 7) Terdapat hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang dimediasi oleh kreativitas guru.
