Abstract

Educational institutions continue to strive to improve their quality to be able to go hand in hand with technological developments. This success cannot be separated from the leader's involvement in implementing a leadership style according to the needs of followers and the institution, one of which is the transformational leadership style. Apart from that, increasing teacher professional competence is also needed so that they can utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for the benefit of carrying out educational development activities. This professional competency is closely related to pedagogical competency, where teachers are required to be able to integrate technology into teaching practice, which can be applied using the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework. Related pedagogical competencies are also supported by digital literacy skills so that they are mandatory for teachers to have. This research aims to measure the influence of perceptions of transformational leadership and digital literacy on teachers' pedagogical competence in integrating technology. The respondents were teachers at teaching level 7-12 in two national schools with a total of 78 teachers. Based on the results of the simple regression test and the results of the multiple regression test, it shows that transformational leadership has an effect on teachers' pedagogical competence, digital literacy has an effect on teachers' pedagogical competence, perceptions of transformational leadership and digital literacy have an effect on teachers' pedagogical competence in integrating technology/Institusi pendidikan terus berusaha meningkatkan kualitasnya untuk dapat berjalan beriringan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Keberhasilan tersebut tidak lepas dari keterlibatan pemimpin dalam menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengikut dan institusi, salah satunya adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Selain itu, peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru juga diperlukan agar dapat memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) untuk kepentingan penyelenggaraan kegiatan pengembangan yang mendidik. Kompetensi profesional ini memiliki kaitan erat dengan kompetensi pedagogis, dimana guru dituntut untuk dapat mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam praktik pengajaran, yang dapat diterapkan dengan menggunakan kerangka Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). Kompetensi pedagogis terkait juga ditunjang oleh keterampilan literasi digital sehingga menjadi wajib untuk dimiliki oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh persepsi kepemimpinan transformasional dan literasi digital terhadap kompetensi pedagogis guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi. Responden adalah guru jenjang ajar 7-12 di dua sekolah nasional dengan total 78 guru. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi sederhana dan hasil uji regresi berganda menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pedagogis guru, literasi digital berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pedagogis guru, persepsi kepemimpinan transformasional dan literasi digital berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pedagogis guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi.
