Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan sistem pendidikan, peran kepala sekolah tidak hanya terbatas pada tugas administratif tetapi juga mencakup pengembangan staf pengajar. Supervisi kepala sekolah merupakan proses penting dalam mendukung pengembangan profesional guru untuk memberikan bimbingan, umpan balik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Tidak hanya itu, disiplin kerja dan perilaku inovatif juga memegang peranan penting dalam konteks pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja dan perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja guru. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah 62 guru yang mengajar di SMP Negeri Sentani Kabupaten Jayapura. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara supervisi kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja dan perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja guru./ As the education system develops, the role of the principal is not only limited to administrative duties but also includes the development of teaching staff. Principal supervision is an important process in supporting teacher professional development to provide guidance and feedback in improving the quality of learning. Not only that, work discipline and innovative behavior also play an important role in the educational context. This research aims to determine the influence of principal supervision, work discipline and innovative behavior on teacher performance. The research subjects were 62 teachers who taught at Sentani State Middle School, Jayapura Regency. The research model used is path analysis with a quantitative approach. The research results obtained show that there is a positive influence between principal supervision, work discipline and innovative behavior on teacher performance.
