Abstract

Seringkali di perusahaan tidak tersedia sistem yang dapat menyajikan data atau informasi konsumsi energi listrik, padahal itu sangat berguna untuk upaya efisiensi produksi. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dirancang sistem berbasis web untuk memonitor konsumsi energi listrik. Sistem yang dibangun terdiri dari website, XAMPP, MySQL, web browser, NodeMCU ESP8266, dan sensor PZEM 004T. Perancangan dilakukan dengan mengadopsi metodologi yang terstruktur, diawali dengan langkah observasi lapangan, identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, pengumpulan data, menentukan spesifikasi teknis, perancangan dan pembuatan, pengujian, pengambilan dan analisis data hasil pengukuran. Semua upaya ini bertujuan untuk membangun perangkat dan aplikasi menggunakan web untuk memantau dan menyajikan data konsumsi energi listrik. Penelitian ini telah berhasil memantau konsumsi energi dan menyajikan data tegangan, arus, faktor daya, daya, dan energi dari tiga modul sensor, serta menampilkan grafik konsumsi energi yang dapat diakses oleh user melalui web. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memiliki persentase error untuk pengukuran tegangan sebesar 0,12 %, pengukuran arus sebesar 3,07 %, pengukuran faktor daya sebesar 1,67 %, pengukuran daya sebesar 2,09 % yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun efektif dalam memonitor konsumsi energi pada perusahaan dan memiliki tingkat akurasi yang memadai. / It is often, in companies, there is a lack of a system that can present data or information on electricity consumption, even though it is highly useful for production efficiency efforts. Therefore, in this research, a web-based system is designed to monitor electricity consumption. The constructed system consists of a website, XAMPP, MySQL, web browser, NodeMCU ESP8266, and PZEM 004T sensors. The design is carried out by adopting a structured methodology, starting with field observation, problem identification, literature review, data collection, determining technical specifications, design and development, testing, data retrieval from measurements. All these efforts aim to build a device and application using the web to monitor and present electricity consumption data. This research has successfully monitored energy consumption and presented voltage, current, power factor, power, and energy data from three sensor modules, as well as displaying energy consumption graphs accessible to users via the web. The results show that the system has a percentage error of 0.12% for voltage measurement, 3.07% for current measurement, 1.67% for power factor measurement, and 2.09% for power measurement. The developed system proves to be effective in monitoring energy consumption in companies with an adequate level of accuracy.
