Abstract

Studi ini menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan sturktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaaan, dengan menggunakan corporate goverance sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Nilai perusahaan diukur menggunakan tobins’q untuk menghitung pertumbuhan investasi. Kinerja keuangan diukur menggunakan return on asset (ROA) untuk menghitung pengelolaan aset yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Struktur modal diukur menggunakan Debt to Equity (DER) untuk menghitung tingkat hutang yang dimiliki perusahaan terhadap ekuitas. Corporate governance diukur menggunakan kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan manajerial. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 399 sampel pada industri manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2020-2022 yang diolah melalui sofware stata versi 16. Peneliti mendapati hasil penelitian yaitu kinerja keuangan dan struktur modal memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepemilikan institusional memperkuat pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepemilikan manajerial tidak memiliki pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepemilikan manajerial memperkuat pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. / This study examines the effect of financial performance and capital structure on company value, using corporate governance as a moderating variable. Company value is measured using tobins'q to calculate investment growth. Financial performance is measured using return on assets (ROA) to calculate asset management carried out by the company. Capital structure is measured using Debt to Equity (DER) to calculate the level of debt a company has against equity. Corporate governance is measured using institutional ownership and managerial ownership. Using the purposive sampling method, as many as 399 samples in the manufacturing industry listed on the IDX in the 2020-2022 period were processed through version 16 of the stata software. Researchers found that the results of the study, namely financial performance and capital structure have a significant positive influence on company value. Institutional ownership reinforces the influence of financial performance and capital structure on company value. Managerial ownership has no effect on financial performance on the value of the company. Managerial ownership reinforces the influence of capital structure on the value of the company.
