Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) serta adanya rasiomahasiswa dan dosen tidak seimbang. Selain itu juga, pada pandemi COVID-19 metode pembelajaran langsung sangat dibatasi sehingga perlumemakai cara pengajaran online. Tujuan: Untuk meneliti apakah pengajaran menggunakan media GO-PRO memiliki efektivitas yang sama dengan pengajaran tatap muka dalam menjahit luka sederhana yang di nilai secara objektif melalui OSCE di mahasiswa kepaniteraan klinik ilmu bedah di Universitas Pelita Harapan. Metode: Pada penelitian ini menggunakan studi kuantitatif dan desain studi kohort. Untuk variabel numerik dilakukan uji statistik analitik komparatif numerik tidak berpasangan. Sampel dipilih menggunakan probability sampling ( random sampel ) yaitu sebanyak 48 mahasiswa kepaniteraan klinik bagian bedah Universitas Pelita Harapan periode januari – April 2023. Data diperoleh dari Ujian OSCE dan kuisioner dari Januari – April 2023. Hasil : dari 74 sampel penelitian ini, dari hasil analisis bivariat dan hasil data deskriptif didapatkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok tatap muka ( 25,00 (00,00 – 76,67)) dan pada kelompok video ( 26,67 (00,00 – 63,33) dan p value > 0,05 sehingga dari hasil tersebut Hi diterima dan Ho ditolak berarti metode pengajaran menggunakan metode Go-Pro bisa meningkatkan keterampilan walaupun tidak sebaik metode tatap muka. Kesimpulan : Tidak ada perbedaan signifikan nilai OSCE pada kelompok tatap muka dan Go-Pro pada mahasiswa kepaniteraan klinik ilmu bedah sebelum dan sesudah paparan. Kata kunci: Go-Pro, tatap muka, OSCE, menjahit luka / Background: Advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and the ratio of students and lecturers is not balanced. Apart from that, during the COVID-19 pandemic, direct learning methods were very limited, so it was necessary to use onlineteaching methods. Objective: To examine whether teaching using GO-PRO media has the same effectiveness as face-to-face teaching in sewing simple wounds that are objectively assessed through OSCE in clinical surgical clerkship students at Pelita Harapan University. Methods: This research uses a quantitative study and a cohort study design. For numerical variables, unpaired numerical comparative analytical statistical tests will be carried out. The sample will be selected using probability sampling (random sample), namely as many as 48 clinical clerkship students at the surgical department of Pelita Harapan University for the period January - April 2023. Data will be obtained from the OSCE Exam and questionnaires from January - April 2023. Results: From the 74 samples of this study, from the results of the bivariate analysis and the results of the descriptive data, it was found that there was no significant difference between the face-to-face group (25.00 (00.00 – 76.67)) and the video group (26.67 (00). Conclusion: There was no significant difference in the OSCE scores in the face- to- face and Go-Pro groups of surgical clinical clerkship students before and after exposure.
