Abstract

HUBUNGAN ANTARA DERAJAT KEPARAHAN STROKE TERHADAP GANGGUAN TIDUR PASCA STROKE PADA PASIEN STROKE ISKEMIK DI SILOAM HOSPITALS LIPPO VILLAGE GEDUNG B (xiv + 105 halaman: 8 tabel; 3 bagan; 5 lampiran) Latar Belakang: Stroke adalah penyakit disfungsi neurologis yang menjadi permasalahan di dunia, kematian menjadi alasan untuk pernyataan tersebut. Secara global terdapat lebih dari 7,6 juta kasus baru stroke iskemik setiap tahunnya, dan lebih dari 62% dari semua kejadian stroke merupakan stroke iskemik. Komplikasi yang dialami oleh pasien stroke iskemik memiliki hubugan yang erat dengan gangguan tidur. Sekitar 50% pasien stroke mengalami gangguan tidur selama beberapa bulan pertama. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada pengamatan dengan kuesioner yang lebih spesifik kepada derajat keparahan stroke iskemik dengan gangguan tidur pada pasien pasca stroke. Tujuan Peneltian: Mengetahui hubungan antara derajat keparahan stroke dengan gangguan tidur pada pasien pasca stroke iskemik. Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik komparatif kategorik tidak berpasangan dengan studi potong lintang. Pengambilan sampel diambil secara purposive sampling dalam hal ini sebanyak 101 pasien, dilihat dari rekam medis pasien, mengambil skor NIHSS untuk menilai derajat keparahan stroke serta PSQI untuk menilai gangguan tidur pasca stroke. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji Spearman dan Chi-Square, dengan analisa menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 24.0. Hasil: Sebanyak 101 data responden didapatkan, Uji Spearman menunjukan bahwa korelasi antara derajat keparahan stroke iskemik terhadap gangguan tidur pasien pasca stroke iskemik memiliki korelasi yang kuat (Spearman-rho > 0.5) dan dengan hasil uji chi square menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan antara derajat keparahan stroke iskemik terhadap adanya gangguan tidur (p<0.05). Kesimpulan: Didapati hubungan yang bermakna antara derajat keparahan stroke terhadap gangguan tidur pada pasien pasca stroke iskemik. Globally there are more than 7.6 million new cases of ischemic stroke each year, and more than 62% of all stroke cases are ischemic strokes. Complications experienced by ischemic stroke patients have a strong correlation with sleep disorders. About 50% of stroke patients experience sleep disorders during the first few months. Therefore, this study will focus on observations with a more specific questionnaire on the correlation between the degree of severity of ischemic stroke with sleep disorders in post-stroke patients. Methodology: This research is an unpaired comparative categorical analytical research with a cross-sectional study. Samples were taken by purposive sampling in this case as many as 101 patients, looking at the patient's medical records, taking the NIHSS score to assess the severity of stroke and the PSQI to assess post-stroke sleep disorders. Data processing used Spearman and Chi-Square tests, with analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 24.0 applications. Result: A total of 101 respondent data were obtained. Spearman's test showed that the correlation between the severity of ischemic stroke and sleep disturbances in post-ischemic stroke patients is strong (Spearman's rho > 0.5), and the chi-square test results indicate a significant relationship between the severity of ischemic stroke and the presence of sleep disturbances (p < 0.05). Conclusion: It was found that there is a significant relationship between the severity of stroke and sleep disturbances in post-ischemic stroke patients.
