Abstract

Stres adalah respon ataupun reaksi tubuh terhadap stresor psikososial, atau tekanan mental dalam kehidupan. Masa remaja adalah masa dimana sangat rentan untuk terkena stres, khususnya pada pelajar dan mahasiswa, dan salah satu cara remaja untuk mengalihkan stres adalah dengan bermain game online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keadaan stres terhadap durasi bermain game online khususnya pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi desain potong lintang, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk mengambil sampel, dan mendapatkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 sampel yang diambil dari populasi remaja di gereja GBI Senayan City.
