Abstract

This study examines the effect of principal transformational leadership, teacher efficacy, teacher trust, teacher collaboration and teacher professional learning variables. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study were teachers at SD XYZ Jakarta, totaling 111 respondents. The research data was obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire and analyzed using the SEM PLS analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that (1) principal transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher professional learning; (2) principal transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher efficacy; (3) principal transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher trust; (4) principal transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher collaboration; (5) teacher efficacy has a positive effect on teacher professional learning; (6) teacher trust has a positive effect on teacher professional learning; (7) teacher collaboration has a positive effect on teacher professional learning; (8) principal transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher professional learning mediated by teacher efficacy; (9) principal transformational has a positive effect on teacher professional learning mediated by teacher trust; (10) principal transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher professional learning mediated by teacher collaboration. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel principal transformational leadership, teacher efficacy, teacher trust, teacher collaboration, dan teacher professional learning. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SD XYZ Jakarta yang berjumlah 111 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis analisis SEM PLS dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) principal transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher professional learning; (2) principal transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher efficacy; (3) principal transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher trust; (4) principal transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher collaboration; (5) teacher efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher professional learning; (6) teacher trust berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher professional learning; (7) teacher collaboration berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher professional learning; (8) principal transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher professional learning dengan di mediasi teacher efficacy; (9) principal transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher professional learning dengan dimediasi teacher trust; (10) principal transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher professional learning dengan di mediasi teacher collaboration.
