Abstract

National Education orients six basic literacy skills that must be achieved, namely literacy, numeracy, digital literacy, scientific literacy, financial literacy and citizenship. This fundamental knowledge will form world citizens who are ready to face the challenges of the 21st century. The aim of this research is to see the development of the process and learning outcomes of numeracy skills and selfefficacy using the Owen-Kadakia Learning Cluster Design (OK-LCD) learning model in Mathematics subjects with the topic of ratios and percentages in class VI SDK BPK PENABUR Cimahi. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of three cycles with four stages, namely planning, observation, action and reflection. The research subjects were 11 students in class VI SDK BPK PENABUR Cimahi. The research instruments were a numeracy rubric and a validated self-efficacy questionnaire. The results of the research show the development of numeracy abilities in each cycle. The average value of numeracy ability in the first cycle was 51.06, increased in the second cycle to 73.56 and in the third cycle increased to 94.09. The average value of self-efficacy in the first cycle was 2.20 and rose in the second cycle to 2.79 and in the third cycle it rose to 3.27. Thus, it can be concluded that the OK-LCD learning model can increase teacher professionalism in implementing a differentiated learning model in developing the numeracy skills and self-efficacy of class VI students at SDK BPK PENABUR Cimahi. / Pendidikan Nasional mengorientasikan enam kemampuan literasi dasar yang harus dicapai, yaitu literasi, numerasi, literasi digital, literasi sains, literasi keuangan dan kewarganegaraan. Pengetahuan mendasar ini akan membentuk warga dunia yang siap menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perkembangan proses dan hasil belajar keterampilan numerasi dan efikasi diri dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Owen-Kadakia Learning Cluster Design (OK-LCD) pada mata pelajaran Mathematics dengan topik rasio dan persentase di kelas VI SDK BPK PENABUR Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari tiga siklus dengan empat tahapan yaitu rencana, observasi, tindakan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VI SDK BPK PENABUR Cimahi yang berjumlah 11 peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian berupa rubrik numerasi dan kuesioner efikasi diri yang divalidasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perkembangan kemampuan numerasi pada setiap siklus. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan numerasi pada siklus pertama 51,06, naik pada siklus kedua menjadi 73,56 dan pada siklus ketiga naik menjadi 94,09. Nilai rata-rata efikasi diri siklus pertama adalah 2,20 dan naik di siklus kedua menjadi 2,79 dan di siklus ketiga naik menjadi 3,27. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran OK-LCD dapat meningkatkan profesionalitas guru untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam mengembangkan kemampuan numerasi dan efikasi diri peserta didik kelas VI SDK BPK PENABUR Cimahi.
