Abstract
Studi ini menganalisa pengaruh dari mekanisme Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari sektor perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, jumlah perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel perusahaan oleh penulis ini adalah 45 perusahaan dengan pengamatan selama 5 tahun periode pembukuan. Pengolahan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepemilikan Institusional dan Dewan Komisaris Independent memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaa. / This study analyzes the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) mechanisms on company value. This research uses samples from the manufacturing company sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2018-2022. This research uses purposive sampling, the number of companies sampled by this author is 45 companies with observations over a 5-year accounting period. The data processing used by researchers is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that Kepemilikan Institusional and Dewan Komisaris Independent have a significant influence on company value, while KM does not have a significant influence on company value.
