Abstract

Teachers are one of the most important elements in educational institutions. Along with advances in technology, teachers play an important role in education. Teachers are required to have high performance so they can implement 21st Century learning and become facilitators for students who are required to have creative thinking, critical thinking & problem solving, communication and collaboration (4C) skills. Therefore, teacher performance is influenced by other factors such as Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), work motivation and teacher's work engagement. This research aims to determine the influence of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), Work Motivation and Teacher's Work Engagement toward Teacher Performance. The research subjects were 121 teachers at XYZ Elementary School, Bekasi Branch. Data was collected through distributing a questionnaire consisting of 92 questions using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis uses SmartPLS 3.0 and the approach used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-Partial Least Square. In this research, it was found that technology, content and pedagogical integration competence (TPACK) and work motivation had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. However, one variable, namely teachers' working engagement, has a positive but not statistically significant relationship with teacher performance. / Guru merupakan salah satu elemen terpenting dalam institusi pendidikan. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, guru tetap memegang penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Guru dituntut memiliki kinerja tinggi agar dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran Abad 21 serta menjadi fasilitator bagi peserta didik yang dituntut untuk memiliki ketrampilan creative thinking, critical thinking & problem solving, communication dan collaboration (4C). oleh karena itu kinerja guru dipengaruhi faktor lain seperti kompetensi integrasi teknologi, konten dan pedagogik (TPACK), motivasi kerja serta teacher’s work engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi integrasi teknologi, konten dan pedagogik (TPACK), motivasi kerja serta teacher’s work engagement terhadap kinerja guru. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah 121 guru SD XYZ Cabang Bekasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner yang terdiri dari 92 pertanyaan menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)- Partial Least Square. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa kompetensi integrasi teknologi, konten dan pedagogik (TPACK) serta motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Namun salah satu variabel yaitu teachers’ working engagement memiliki hubungan positif namun tidak significant secara statistik terhadap kinerja guru.
