Abstract

Penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) 5D dalam proses estimasi biaya konstruksi telah menjadi salah satu alat yang paling efektif dan efisien dalam industri konstruksi. Dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas penerapan BIM 5D, penggunaan perangkat lunak yang sesuai sangat penting untuk membantu mengintegrasikan data proyek dan memberikan estimasi biaya yang akurat dan andal. Namun, penggunaan BIM 5D dan perangkat lunak tersebut dapat menimbulkan risiko yang signifikan dalam proses estimasi biaya konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko penerapan BIM 5D dalam proses estimasi biaya konstruksi dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak yang di analisis menggunakan metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Regresi Step-Wise. Penelitian ini melibatkan survei dan wawancara dengan para ahli di industri konstruksi, serta studi kasus pada proyek konstruksi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rencana tindakan perbaikan dan pengurangan risiko serta penyempurnaan penggunaan BIM 5D perangkat lunak dalam menghasilkan estimasi biaya yang lebih akurat dan efisien. Metode FMEA berhasil digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengurangi risiko tersebut sedangkan metode Regresi Step-Wise menunjukkan faktor faktor yang berkontribusi besar mempengaruhi penerapan BIM 5D. Dalam kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan BIM 5D terhadap kefektifan penggunaan BIM 5D dalam estimasi biaya dan akurasi dan keandalan hasil estimasi biaya. Dan didapatkan faktor faktor seperti penggunaan dan pemahaman sistem, dukungan dan persepsi terhadap pengembangan masa depan, pengelolaan risiko dan perubahan, manfaat ekonomi dan evaluasi proyek memiliki nilai pengaruh kontribusi sebesar 89,2% terhadap fungsi tujuan keefektifan penggunaan BIM 5D dalam estimasi biaya, sedangkan pada fungsi tujuan akurassi dan keandalan hasil estimasi biaya didapatkan faktor faktor seperti percaya dan pentingnya penggunaan BIM 5D, keterlibatan dengan BIM 5D dan perubahan spesifikasi proyek memiliki konstribusi sebesar 81.8%, dan dibuktikan juga pada hasil analisis FMEA faktor faktor tersebut memiliki Nilai RPN di atas tresshold . Rekomendasi dari studi ini dapat membantu perusahaan konstruksi dan praktisi BIM untuk mengurangi risiko dan meningkatkan kualitas estimasi biaya konstruksi yang akurat dan andal. / The implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) 5D in the construction cost estimation process has become one of the most effective and efficient tools in the construction industry. In order to enhance the effectiveness of BIM 5D implementation, the use of appropriate software is crucial to help integrate project data and provide accurate and reliable cost estimates. However, the use of BIM 5D and such software can pose significant risks in the construction cost estimation process. This research aims to analyze the risks of implementing BIM 5D in the construction cost estimation process using software analyzed through Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Step-Wise Regression methods. This research involves surveys and interviews with experts in the construction industry, as well as case studies on construction projects in Indonesia. The results of the research show action plans for risk mitigation and reduction, as well as improvements in the use of BIM 5D software to produce more accurate and efficient cost estimates. The FMEA method successfully identifies risks and provides recommendations to reduce them, while the Step-Wise Regression method identifies significant factors influencing the implementation of BIM 5D. In conclusion, this research identifies factors affecting the implementation of BIM 5D on the effectiveness of BIM 5D usage in cost estimation, as well as the accuracy and reliability of cost estimate results. Factors such as system usage and understanding, support and perception towards future development, risk and change management, economic benefits, and project evaluation contribute significantly (89.2%) to the effectiveness of BIM 5D usage in cost estimation. Similarly, factors such as trust and importance of BIM 5D usage, engagement with BIM 5D, and project specification changes contribute significantly (81.8%) to the accuracy and reliability of cost estimate results. This is also evidenced by the FMEA analysis results, where these factors have RPN values above the threshold. The recommendations from this study can assist construction companies and BIM practitioners in reducing risks and improving the quality of accurate and reliable construction cost estimates.
