Abstract

The main problem in this research is the formation and realization of SDGs in accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 59 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Achieving Sustainable Development Goals / SDGs in Indonesia. The efforts of the government, stakeholders and civil society to face challenges in the planning and progress of implementing the SDGs policy. The purpose of this research is to get an overview of Indonesia's urgency in the implementation of SDGs. Then, to get an idea of the pre-conditions needed for the implementation of the policy and get an overview of the programs and efforts implemented by the SDGs policy. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection by secondary data, namely through literature study. In this study, the authors traced online data from journals, articles, scientific works as well as official sites from governments such as the UN, SDGs, Bappenas and INFID. Researchers also took UPH library site data, which is directly from EBSCO, JSTOR and the genesis library. The results of this study are the role of local governments is crucial in the realization of SDGs in Indonesia. Through efforts carried out in terms of institutional, funding, accountability mechanisms and outreach. / Permasalahan utama pada penelitian ini adalah pembentukan dan realisasi SDGs sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 59 tahun 2017 tentang Pelaksanaan Pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan/SDGs di Indonesia. Upaya pemerintah, pemangku kepentingan dan masyarakat sipil menghadapi tantangan dalam rencana dan kemajuan implementasi kebijakan SDGs. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang urgensi Indonesia dalam implementasi SDGs. Kemudian untuk mendapat gambaran tentang pra-kondisi yang diperlukan untuk implementasi kebijakan tersebut. Serta mendapat gambaran tentang program dan upaya-upaya yang dilaksanakan oleh kebijakan SDGs ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan cara pengumpulan data sekunder, yaitu melalui studi pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menelusuri data daring dari jurnal,artikel, karya ilmiah serta situs-situs resmi dari pemerintahan seperti PBB, SDGs, Bappenas dan INFID. Peneliti juga mengambil data situs perpustakaan UPH, yaitu langsung dari EBSCO, JSTOR dan library genesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peran pemerintah daerah sangat menentukan terwujudnya SDGs di Indonesia. Melalui upaya yang dilaksanakan dalam hal kelembagaan, pendanaan, mekanisme akuntabilitas dan sosialisasi.
