Abstract

Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas hidup dengan vaksinasi covid-19 pada pasien LES di Indonesia Referensi: 49 (1982-2022) Kata kunci : Lupus Eritematosus Sistemik (LES), Kualitas hidup, Vaksinasi COVID-19/ Background: SLE is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disease characterized by immune dysregulation that affects all aspects of the patient's life. The quality of life of SLE patients is lower than that of the general population. Similar studies have been conducted previously, but these studies did not specifically address patient quality of life. Apart from that, based on literature studies, no research was found in Indonesia that specifically discussed this topic. Objective: To determine the relationship between quality of life and COVID-19 vaccination in SLE patients in Indonesia. Method: This study has a total sample of 90 female subjects who have Systemic Lupus Erythematosus using a numerical comparative analytical study of 2 unpaired groups with an observational method with a cross-sectional study design who are members of the Marisza Cardoba Foundation Jakarta community in the period January - April 2022. Results: Based on data from 90 subjects, 49 people had a good quality of life after Covid-19 vaccination. The results of the chi square test found a p value <0.001, which means there is a significant relationship between quality of life and Covid- 19 vaccination in SLE patients in Indonesia. The OR value is 7.758 with a 95% CI (2.876-20.930), which means that people who have been vaccinated have a 7,758 iii times greater risk of having a good quality of life than people who have not been vaccinated. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between quality of life and Covid- 19 vaccination in SLE patients in Indonesia References: 49 (1982-2022) Keywords: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Quality of life, COVID-19 Vaccination
