Abstract
Pentingnya mengakui keanekaragaman budaya dan latar belakang siswa dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas merupakan langkah penting. Kehadiran beragam budaya dan latar belakang menambah keunikan setiap individu, yang harus disyukuri sebagai bagian dari dinamika kompleks populasi manusia. Dalam konteks dinamika penduduk, kesediaan belajar siswa menjadi faktor krusial yang memengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran. Dengan memperhatikan keberagaman tersebut, guru dapat merancang pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif dan mendalam,memungkinkan siswa untuk memahami dinamika perubahan populasi dengan lebih baik dan menghargai perbedaan budaya yang ada. Tanggung jawab untuk menjaga, mengembangkan, dan menikmati bumi dengan saling mengasihi kepada sesama adalah tugas manusia. Strategi pembelajaran inquiry learning diterapkan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Geografi siswa kelas XI IPS dengan tujuan membantu mereka untuk lebih terlibat dan aktif dalam proses belajar mereka. Pentingnya pengajaran yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pencapaian akademis, tetapi juga pada pembentukan sikap dan nilai-nilai Kristiani menjadi peran penting seorang guru. Sebagai kurikulum yang hidup, memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa di masa depan menjadi suatu langkah yang membangun. Melalui pembelajaran dan penghargaan terhadap keragaman, siswa akan merasa dihargai dan termotivasi untuk belajar. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang memadai untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman Geografi siswa, sehingga memperkuat kesadaran akan identitas diri mereka untuk berkontribusi pada pendidikan di Indonesia. Hasilnya meliputi pengembangan materi pembelajaran yang relevan dan menarik, penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif, dan upaya untuk membangun kesadaran diri siswa akan peran mereka dalam pembangunan pendidikan di Indonesia. / The importance of recognizing students' cultural and background diversity in the classroom learning process is an important step. The presence of diverse cultures and backgrounds adds to the uniqueness of each individual, which should be celebrated as part of the complex dynamics of the human population. In the context of population dynamics, students' willingness to learn becomes a crucial factor that affects the effectiveness of learning. By paying attention to such diversity, teachers can design more inclusive and in-depth learning, enabling students to better understand the dynamics of population change and appreciate the cultural differences that exist. The responsibility to maintain, develop and enjoy the earth by loving each other is the duty of human beings. The inquiry learning strategy is applied to improve Geography learning outcomes of Grade XI social studies students with the aim of helping them to be more involved and active in their learning process. The importance of teaching that focuses not only on academic achievement, but also on the formation of Christian attitudes and values becomes an important role of a teacher. As a living curriculum, providing constructive feedback to improve students' future learning experiences is a constructive step. Through learning and appreciating diversity, students will feel valued and motivated to learn. This project aims to create an adequate learning environment to enhance student's Geography knowledge and understanding, thus strengthening their sense of self-identity to contribute to education in Indonesia. The results include the development of relevant and interesting learning materials, the implementation of effective learning strategies, and efforts to build students' self-awareness of their role in the development of education in Indonesia.
