Abstract

Laporan Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang perancangan film fiksi terkait kondisi skizofrenia, khususnya pada anak. Film “Takuna” menceritakan tentang Sayu, seorang anak berusia 12 tahun yang merasa sedih dan kesepian karena kedua orangtuanya jarang berada di rumah akibat tuntutan pekerjaan. Diharapkan film ini dapat menjangkau orangtua yang memiliki anak, maupun yang baru memutuskan untuk memiliki anak agar dapat mempertimbangkan keputusannya karena menjadi orangtua tidak mudah dan banyak yang harus diperhatikan terkait dengan kondisi anak. Kasus skizofrenia pada anak usia 12 tahun menjadi perhatian khusus karena sulit dideteksi. Dampak skizofrenia pada perkembangan anak juga membutuhkan banyak perhatian. Ketidakpahaman masyarakat terutama keluarga dan stigma yang muncul terhadap penderita skizofrenia yang dapat menghambat akses terhadap layanan kesehatan mental. / This study focuses on the creation of a fictional film related to the condition of schizophrenia, specifically in children. The film "takuna" tells the story of Sayu, a 12-year-old child who feels sad and lonely because his parents are rarely at home due to work demands. It is hoped that this film can reach parents who have children, as well as those who are considering having children, so that they can consider their decision that becoming a parent is not easy and there are many things to be considered regarding the child's condition. The case of schizophrenia in a 12-year-old child is a special concern because it is difficult to detect. The impact of schizophrenia on child development also requires a lot of attention. Public misunderstanding, particularly from family and stigma towards schizophrenia patients, can hinder access to mental health services.
