Abstract

Ketika bepergian, kita sering mencari tempat hiburan, terutama saat malam hari ketika lampu warna-warni menarik perhatian. Salah satu hiburan yang akrab dengan masyarakat Indonesia adalah pasar malam. Di balik kemeriahan pasar malam, jarang terlihat kehidupan kru wahana pasar malam yang penuh tantangan dan keceriaan. Mereka bertanggung jawab atas pengoperasian wahana permainan seperti komedi putar hingga rumah hantu. Tugas mereka mencakup perawatan dan pemasangan wahana, menjaga keamanan pengunjung, serta memastikan jadwal operasi berjalan lancar. Selain keterampilan teknis, mereka juga berinteraksi dengan pengunjung yang mencari hiburan dan pengalaman unik. Pekerjaan ini sering mengharuskan mereka berpindah-pindah, memberikan pengalaman baru di setiap tempat. Meskipun pekerjaan ini menuntut fisik dan mental, kru wahana pasar malam menikmati dinamika pekerjaan mereka dan kepuasan melihat senyuman pengunjung. Kehidupan kru wahana pasar malam adalah perpaduan kerja keras, kreativitas, dan kebersamaan dalam menyediakan hiburan bagi masyarakat. Penulis yang berperan sebagai sutradara menggunakan film dokumenter untuk menyoroti kehidupan kru pasar malam. Film ini melibatkan orang-orang yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan tersebut, pemilik dan kru. Film "Semoga Malam Selalu" terdapat 3 tahapan produksi, dimulai dari riset hingga peliputan langsung di lapangan. Diharapkan film ini memberikan pandangan baru tentang kehidupan dari orang-orang ada yang di pasar malam yang terkait erat dengan kehidupan kita. / When traveling, we often look for entertainment places, especially at night when colorful lights catch our eyes. One form of entertainment familiar to the Indonesian community is the night market. Behind the festive atmosphere of the night market, the challenging and joyful life of the night market ride crew is rarely seen. They are responsible for operating amusement rides from merry-go-rounds to haunted houses. Their duties include maintenance and installation of rides, ensuring visitor safety, and making sure the operation schedule runs smoothly. Besides technical skills, they also interact with visitors looking for entertainment and unique experiences. This job often requires them to move around, offering new experiences in each place. Although physically and mentally demanding, the night market ride crew enjoys the dynamics of their work and the satisfaction of seeing visitors smile. The life of the night market ride crew is a blend of hard work, creativity, and camaraderie in providing entertainment to the community. The writer, also as a director, uses a documentary film to highlight the life of the night market crew. The film involves people related to that life, owners and crew. The film 'May the Night Always Be' includes three production stages, starting from research to direct coverage in the field. It is hoped that this film provides a new perspective on the lifestyles of the people closely related to our lives at the night market.
