Abstract

Toko Matahari Motor merupakan sebuah toko yang menyediakan layanan dalam penjualan onderdil sepeda motor. Adapun masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan ini, seperti tidak memiliki laporan penjualan yang jelas dan laporan persediaan barang yang jelas. Perusahaan bertujuan untuk memperluas penjualan di Indonesia dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan ini memerlukan sebuah solusi yang dapat mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi serta dapat membantu perusahaan ini untuk memenuhi tujuannya. Pada laporan ini akan menjelaskan mengenai pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web yang dilengkapi dengan manajemen penjualan dan fitur customer service yang akan berfungsi sebagai online store. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode prototyping. Dimulai dengan menganalisis masalah sistem saat ini, pengumpulan requirement melalui wawancara, analisis dokumen dan observasi, kemudian membuat pemodelan fungsional dengan menggunakan UML 2.0. Dan diikuti dengan merancang struktur database, interface, dan diakhiri dengan membangun aplikasi menggunakan PHP dan MySQL Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan black-box testing yang dikombinasikan dengan scenario testing. Aplikasi yang diusulkan akan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengelola penjualan dan menghasilkan laporan penjualan. Untuk meningkatkan customer service, aplikasi ini juga akan memiliki sebuah fitur “Ask The Expert”, di mana pelanggan dapat mencari jawaban yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang dihadapi oleh sepeda motor mereka. / Toko Matahari Motor is a shop that provides services in the sale of motorcycle spare parts. There are few problems that this company faces, such as the lack of a clear sales report and an inventory overview report. The company aims to expand its sales in Indonesia and improve its customer satisfaction. Therefore, it requires a solution that could overcome the problems while assisting it to meet its goals. This paper will describe the development of a web-application with sales management and customer service features that will also function as an online store. The application is developed using prototyping method. It starts with analyzing the problem of the current system, gathering requirements through interviews, document analysis and observations, creating functional modeling using UML 2.0. It is then followed by designing the database structure, interfaces, and concluded by constructing the application using PHP and MySQL. Application testing is performed using the black-box testing that combined with scenario testing. The proposed application will be able to assist in managing sales and generating sales reports. To improve customer service, the application will also include an "Ask The Expert" feature where customers can find answers to their question regarding to their motorcycle problem.
