Abstract

Pendahuluan: Penyakit Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit infeksi yang dapat menular secara langsung yang disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Salah satu faktor keberhasilan pengobatan tuberkulosis adalah tingginya tingkat kepatuhan penderita TB dalam menjalani pengobatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan obat anti tuberkulosis pada pasien TB Paru di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sipora dan mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik pasien dan tingkat pengetahuan dengan tingkat kepatuhan pasien TB Paru di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sipora Utara dan Kecamatan Sipora Selatan. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan total populasi dari semua pasien TB Paru yang menjalani pengobatan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sipora Utara dan Kecamatan Sipora Selatan, dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner MMAS-8 dan kuesioner pengetahuan yang telah tervalidasi. Data yang diperoleh akan diolah menggunakan SPSS dan analisis uji Chi-square data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil analisis kepatuhan responden diperoleh 50% dengan kepatuhan tinggi, 43% dengan kepatuhan sedang, dan 7% dengan kepatuhan rendah. Terdapat hubungan antara usia, pendidikan terakhir, dan pengetahuan responden dengan tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan obat anti tuberkulosis dengan nilai ρ value < 0,05. Kata Kunci: Tuberkulosis Paru, Tingkat Kepatuhan, Obat Anti Tuberkulosis, MMAS-8 (Morisky Medication Adherence Scale). / Introduction: Tuberculosis (TB) is a directly transmissible infectious disease caused by infection with the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. One of the success factors of tuberculosis treatment is the high level of compliance of TB patients in undergoing treatment. This study aims to determine the level of adherence to the use of anti tuberculosis drugs in patients with pulmonary TB at the Puskesmas of Sipora District and to determine the relationship between patient characteristics and level of knowledge with the level of adherence of patients with pulmonary TB at the Puskesmas of North Sipora District and South Sipora District. Methods: The study used an analytic observational design with a cross sectional design. The sample of this study was the total population of all Lung TB patients undergoing treatment at the Puskesmas of North Sipora and South Sipora Subdistricts, with the sample collection technique using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using the MMAS-8 questionnaire instrument and a validated knowledge questionnaire. The data obtained will be processed using SPSS and Chi-square test analysis of data using univariate and bivariate analysis. Research Results: The results of the analysis of respondent compliance obtained 50% with high compliance, 43% with moderate compliance, and 7% with low compliance. There is a relationship between age, latest education, and knowledge of respondents with the level of compliance with the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs with a ρ value <0.05.
