Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan di Indonesia, dengan variabel kontrol yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan, total asset turnover, dan inventory turnover. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas, likuiditas dan solvabilitas, dengan variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan. Jumlah data sampling yang disajikan pada penelitian ini adalah delapan puluh empat (84) entitas pada sektor Manufaktur selama 3 periode yaitu dari tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2022, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 252 sampel yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan seluruh data diambil dari S&P Capital IQ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah yaitu (1) Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) Likuiditas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) Solvabilitas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. / This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity and solvency on company value in Indonesia, with the control variables used in this research being company size, company age, total asset turnover and inventory turnover. The independent variables used in this research are profitability, liquidity and solvency, with the dependent variable in this research being company value. The number of sampling data presented in this research is eighty-four (84) entities in the Manufacturing sector for 3 periods, namely from 2020 to 2022, with a total sample of 252 samples registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and all data taken from S&P Capital IQ. The method used in this research uses the linear regression analysis method with the SPSS version 25.0 application. The results obtained from this research are (1) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value. (2) Liquidity has no influence on company value. (3) Solvency has no influence on company value.
